    Some thoughts

Hi, this is probably a very obvious statement but I just wanted to check for myself. Does it sometimes feel or has felt for others that it seems to be a constant battle to remove yourself from a panic attack rather than being able to even begin to prevent them? This is probs a very obviousl statement but I just wanted some other opinions!
I know it takes time but I just wanted to check that how I felt now was ok.
    Thanks
    Take Care
    Em

the battle is constant it is always in the back of your mind whether you can actually get thru something or not without panicking I have sufferd panic since I was 15 and it was like being let out of jail when aropax worked for me I wish everyone had such a success story Bear in mind i started taking it 3 years ago and i am 51

Thanks for your response Kris, can I just ask what aropax is and how it works?
I am really glad that you have finally reached a point where you feel free from your battle.
