Touched a used condom in the park :-/

I've been playing tennis tonight in a park, our tennis ball rolled in something that I hoped was a tissue, so i picked it up and then trod on this "tissue" to see what it was, turns out it was a used condom.

My husband insisted that we still use the ball as it would be "fine" (His favourite word!) and I know we've had rain today which he says would wash any germs but my ocd is making me think i'll have germs on my hands and my shoe, and there's germs on the ball which we have to keep playing with.

Is he right, will it be "fine"?

Theres germs all over the place and will be on the ball, but cant see a problem.

OMG some people are so disgusting to leave these things lying around.

I don't think it will cause you any harm at all but make sure you have a good wash. I certainly would. Lol
