Palpitations help

Wokeup feeling fine been fine all day but I have had little periods of small palpitations not sure why but I have had them all day even now I still have them they ain't pounding but just in little periods anyone else experienced this if so please give me advise because it is scaring me I'm thinking is it the beginning of a heart attack I'm thinking all sorts help please thank you

Try n ignore it. It's hard I no but wen it happens just jump up n do something to distract urself. It's anxciety. X

It's really common. Have you had an ekg recently? If this is a new symptom you should see your GP and get it checked out, just to be on the safe side. It's very common though, especially when you are anxious. I would cut out anything with caffeine like cola, tea, coffee, get more sleep, and see if that helps.
