stiff neck and headache

feel really rough today...got a headache and am tense so my neck has gone stiff (is it meningitis lol)

Ended up leaving my job a few weeks back as I was going mad I hated it so much there so now am temping and enjoying it but the situation with the house is not progressing so I know that is making me stressed. so today my head hurts and feels 'unsteady'

Your right it prob is stress, i have a headache today but i think that is due to the fact were suppossed to be having a storm and it's so bloody hot!!!!

I'm sure you'll be fine sweetie.

Hi there, sorry you are feeling horrid right now. I honestly believe it is all down to tension. Left job? New house? these things are very stressful for anyone to deal with, let alone when there is anxiety involved. Take things easy, pamper yourself, nice relaxing (cool) bath and try not to be frightened. Nice light meals and plenty of fluids, and that's an order!!! take care and keep in touch
