    Hi peeps, can Short periods of exposure without experiencing a reduction in symptoms can be harmful ?this website says this in the agoraphobic section.?im worried cos this is what im doing gradual exposure and no relief yet is this true?

    Am I missing something, but you don't say what you are exposing yourself to. If it is the outside world you are referring to, it will probably take time, but keep going.

    I don't really know but well I guess it's not.. maybe you just have to apply whatever good thoughts that you can get in this site or wherever forums that might help you.
