Tonight I was given extra cord added to the oxygen to allow me to go to the toilet, I need to ask for toilet seat to be raised thats a problem. It was exhausting and good to have freedom to move.

The physo to today. I was able to walk a good bit, a bit at a time though. When I turned round to walk back, i seen how far I walked and I was so pleased. It was as far as walking into the living room.

Tomorrow to try the stairs. I keep ya posted.

Oh through the water tablets I lost just over 1 stone real good.

Tummy scan clear.

Off oxygen, just got one more scan then just my walking and the hospital O.T.

I managed to walk to the room door in the ward. Im pleased with myself though its exhausting. Just go to get on with it.
