Extremely tired/heavy eyes

Anyone get this? granted I only had 5 hours sleep last night and I have done about 5-6 miles walking today but my eyes are so heavy, they feel like they are gonna go through my head and I feel like I am gonna keel over.

Been feeling very tired a lot lately too.

Was told yesterday that my throat is inflamed again too, it's been sore for about 5 weeks now and pain and difficulty when swallowing and stuff.

Ya heavy eyes, feeling weak, off balance, my memory goes, I forget stuff, I fall asleep for a few minutes when sitting down. Find it hard then to fall asleep cause I'll randomly wake up with a racing heart n feeling panicky but no idea why.
