i believe i have been suffering from rocd for 2 years and 6 months,the thing thats getting me the most atm is the sexual side i just cant seem to want sex as much as i and he would like to :( ever since this switch act of feelings i dont want sex i would really appreciate some help please.

i have been through this stage i always put it down to my anxiety but i just never wanted sex i sometimes done it just for my partner but i hated every moment of it as i just didnt want any but it will come back so try not to dwell on it i told my partner one day and he was so understanding about it xx
trying in little steps
but i havnt really felt like having it for 2 and half years:( the first 6 months were amassing,after that it all went down hill but i have never once given up, i just wish i could give him sexual desires i just cant physically lubricate :( and it kills me because it also makes me think i dont love him and its my bodies way of saying so :( i also find it hard to look into his eyes cause feel like im faking and feel ashamed :(:(

i am the same i never want to have sex and same for me this really started when my rocd clicked into my head.
