hi there,
where do i start... im a 24 year old mum of 2 who is expecting her 3rd baby in november this year. i think im suffering from general anxiety dissorder - have spoken to my doctor and im now waiting for an appointment with an assesment unit. its only today when i was looking into seperation anxiety that i stubbled accross lots of symptoms that i have and realised after being diagnosed with depression on and off since my early teens that its quite possible this would be the reason.
Anyway, i was just hoping to meet some people who could give any comfort - the idea of knowing im not alone in the way i feel and react to things seems to bring great comfort to me. I need to do something as my children are beggining to bare the brunt of my moods and i feel so guily when they dont understand why mummy gets so stressed so easy.
