lump in top of eye lid

Hi ive got lump in top eye lid but inside it opposite to where put eyeliner ad it for least 6 months but cos im extra anxious at min im worried it could be something serious im trying not to google

It's very unlikely to be anything serious as we all get these type of things at some point but you should get your GP or an optician to check it out.

I had this. it's a blocked duct.

Get a warm flannel and rest it on your eyelid. it should go away within a few days.

Hi mines been there 6 month and under eye lid so would it be a tear duct x

Eyelid cysts can hang around for months until they finally burst, move or just slowly disappear. They are basically sacs of pus. I was referred to an eye specialist with these years ago who in turn referrred me to a skin specialist. I was told to bathe my eyes in diluted baby shampoo.
