Has anyone tried the Panic Attack Aid iPhone app to help them with their panic attacks?

I tried the free version just now, seems a bit simple to me, I dont think it would help me much during a full blown PA.

But its a good idea at least! It might work for you

I can't use it as it's an iPhone app, but I just wanted to share some good Android apps I found for anxiety/panic/depression at http://www.excelatlife.com/apps.htm I've found them useful so far and would recommend them.
