Ive been of work the last few weeks. Sometimes I've had hard to describe vague symptoms sometimes but i now can totally relate to this lump in the throat feeling or feeling like you have cried for ages. Only prob is that there does not seem to be a solution to it except for trying to forget about it. It's ruining my life at the moment. There are times when it disappears but comes back with a vengeance.

hiya, i know exactly how you are feeling, i can go a day or so without the throat tightening/globus then it just appears to come from nowhere esp in the night it wakes me up, its awfall isnt it x
