Can anyone tell me please if you can have a water infection but without the burning pain. I have to go during the night now and already been at least 5 times today already. I have a lower back ache but that's it no other symptoms.

Are you on meds? Some can make you feel like this, it can be a side effect. If it persists I would go to the doctors just to put your mind at rest.

No not on any meds at all, i have changed my diet as needed to lose weight which is happening so whether that has anything to do with it I don't know. But doing my head in keep waking up in the night.
I'll give in a few more days and then take a trip to docs i think.
