    Burning in stomach?

I am really worrying as I am Emetophobic, I have not felt hungry but had a burning in my stomach and upper stomach, and a "fuzzy feeling" since 12ish today I am really worrying now, I have forced myself to eat in the hope maybe a bit of food would make it go away but it just hasn't :-( as I am Emetophobia and terrified of being sick, I am very very worried and scared, I pray it won't happen. Has anyone experienced this before? I am so so worried :( I have no appetite, haven't felt hungry just an awful strong burning so so scared. I hope it won't make me ill :(
