Hi Kathy
I have just stopped taking Citalopram and had one bad night. Someone in the Forum suggested I could be anxious because I am not taking the pills. That helped me because I tried not to think about it and have been ok since then. I am sure you will get lots of help like this. I have only been a member for 1 week and it's helped me already.
