This is getting so Difficult

my anxiety lately is getting so bad it hard for me to leave my house, and im missing so many days of college that i might have to WD. I just started taking lexapro i hope that helps. Im just so frustrated that i want to cry, my family is all very disappointed in me and i feel like im going to lose my GF. I hate this very much, i just want to break down.

I didn't want to read and run,...I'm having the same thing at the moment. My anxiety is so bad and has been the last couple of weeks I'm struggling to fall asleep at night.
