I've been taking sert for 4 weeks now, things seem to have improved over the last 5 days (side effects dying down etc)
So had my first night out since starting the meds on Saturday. I was a little worried as I've read that people had horrible experiences when mixing alcohol with sert.
But...... I'm glad to say I had a brilliant night, once I'd had a few drinks felt the best I have in ages, didn't get home until 5.30am!
It's strange but I've been this way on every SSRI I've taken (Paroxetine, Citalopram)
Seems like I can drink as much as I like without feeling bad and just have loads of energy and feel really happy!
Hangovers are pretty sucky but I always get bad hangovers wether I'm on meds or not!
Anyway just thought I'd post for anyone worried about this issue, safe to say I'll be doing this again next week Haha!

we are all different, I for one can only have a couple if beers, anymore and I get terrible for days after. In any case not being able to drink myself sensless isnt so bad
