    Mood swings? OCD?

Just wondering if anyone else feels like this? One minute Ive told myself that the worrying thought I am having is just a thought, after rationalising it I come to an acceptance and try to get on with my day. They the next thing I know its back, my mood dips and I have to deal with it all again. This just goes on and on, I do the cbt techniques but they dont seem to be enough.

From what I understand this way of thinking is a type of ocd, where I go through a mental ritual and sometimes have to check my body - but I am really trying hard not to do that anymore.

Has anyone got any advice for how to stop these damn thoughts?

you can t stop toughts, you just have to accept them as they are, words. thats how i deal with them. i just thank my mind and keep doing what i m doing, its not always easy, but it gets better every day. i read this book, 'the happiness trap' it really helped me about the way i think. just remember you are not alone, and that thoughts will keep coming, just do not attach with them.

    cute dancing cat btw
