Sertraline Success Stories needed PLEASE!

I was on Sertraline last year, I had horrible SE's when I first went on them, really thought I was losing it but by the third week they had pretty much subsided and I felt pretty good. They really curbed my anxiety and helped me get through the last year at Uni!

Thanks for posting I am so glad it helped you thru Uni. I am in to my 3rd week now and still feeling a bit c**p but probably less so than a week ago so am hopeful

Hi All
I am so glad this site allows people to share their experices. I have posted a few times and felt so much reasurance when others going through the same gave positive advise.
I have been off work since I had to change over from cit. Now in week 5, first 2 weeks the side effects were to bad I was dropped down to 25mg now on nearly 3 weeks of 50mg. And yes side effects have eased off but incresed when dose increased. My son has been poorly this week and as much as it has distracted it has broken the cycle of me sitting down in low mood each morning. Today and last night I feel so tired and tearfull. Is this again a sign I still need it upping or just the last week of son being ill catching up on me.
I must say the only side effect I would love to hear more on is the weird and scary dreams even having anxiety in them !!!
