    Arrow constant thoughts. Intrusive thoughts.

    Does anyone get this...
    Constantly thinking i'm gravely ill.
Always worried my family and husband will die.
    Worried pets will die.
Always thinking and scared about death and disaster?
It's really draining as you can imagine. Does anyone else have this or similar?

speak to your shrink ref possible medication , although cannot be stopped as thoughts are random etc and the brain just brings them as they come , if intrusive to the extent its bang and whatever you can do you cant shake them they can be minimised. The secret is to let them pass if you can dont try hold onto them or pay them any attention , easier said than done I agree having been there. Distraction is the key , thought comes whilst in bed .. get out of bed , if sitting down get up out of chair .. yes its painstaking but do it and keep doing it to try break the cycle of thoughts and keep doing it , not an instant cure but something that does have to be worked on time and time again
