ive been back to the gps and yesterday thought i was going well, things were looking up but now i just feel like i want to curl up and die!!!

You feel that way only cause sensations are so severe and your mind is playing with you.
i also feel very anxious and sicky at the moment and have to drag myself about, but dont worry it will go away....

Sorry you are feeling no better. I had a better day yesterday but my anxiety has been triggered again this afternoon. How long have you been on medication and have you had any counselling?

Been on two or three different lots with varying mg currently on 150mg of sertraline. Been taking medication for over a year. Yeah had counselling this time last year

I know how you feel, I was so bad yesterday thought I was going to faint at work. I am a teacher and there is nowhere to hide!!!!

I am shaking, exhausted and on edge this morning.....work this afternoon and dreading it even though I love my job.

This is a nightmare and already taking seroxat and 3 lorazepam a day
