I've just got back (literally only a few hours ago) from a few weeks off due to anxiety and depression and the day I come back, one of my housemates is ill with apparently a stomach bug, brilliant!! I haven't had any direct contact with him for weeks but I came in and obviously touched some doorknobs and I'm really freaking out already :( Only six more school days to get through before I can go home for the holidays but God I hate winter...

yep i'm with you on that, hate winter, all those darn germs. all you can do is try to distract yourself from thinking about it. i know that doesnt offer much help but i think thats why emetephobia is so rubbish because we all know about catching stuff. i'd feel just the same. it does seem just typical for you - about being away for weeks & when you come back, this happens. again that's one of the things i hate about it. gggrrrrrr. fingers crossed for you.....
