How i can know if I suffer from anxiety and not from some cognitive heart problems. Sometimes i get dizzy for 10-20 minutes. I really wish that dizziness to not catch me outside, so most of the time i sit in-home :(

Have you had a good check up with your GP recently? I always start with a visit, then if all checks out well, you have to just try to understand that anxiety can give you those horrible feelings, and they are just that horrible feelings, they won't hurt you. Read the great articles, and some of the post, they may help you some. Hope you feel better soon.
they tell me i don't have a shit... but doctors usually in Romania think you have something if you can't walk at all.
