Hi all! I am not new to this panic.anxiety thing by no means but I need a little reassurance. For the last couple of days I get this tight feeling in my throat, it feels like when I eat or drink it wants to get stuck or even when I'm just sitting around it feels like I have thick mucus or something hung there (which I know that I don't) I'm a smoker unfortunately which could be making this worse and to at times it feels like I've swallowed air because I can feel what seems to be air moving up and down in my esophagus. Of course when I start worrying it just gets worse which leads to panic unfortuantely. Does anyone else have this problem and if so what are some good ways not to stress about it or make this feeling subside. I know from experience that it will go away but when it comes back it still worries me. I would love some input..thank you
