oops i woke up grinding me teeth/ jaw/headache etc

Hi Juju,

I got a 'night guard' from the dentist as I kept grinding my teeth at night. After a few weeks it actually seems to stop you doing it.

The night guard is really comfortable and easy to wear, actually feels quite comforting. The cost is about £35 and the dentist will take a mould of your upper teeth and send it off to get the guard made.

It makes a real difference and helps to break the routine.
