Hello all, I've read a lot of forums, but never actually joined one, however I had to take the plunge with this one because it seems like a very helpful community. I'm a university student. I've had problems with anxiety, depression and self-harm for about 10 years, but I've only recently taken the initiative to control it, and I'm now on medication and having counseling, which I've found helpful. I'm particularly looking forward to getting advice from people with more experience than me! I hope to join in some discussions soon, Old Lace
