Anyone tried Rock Rose ? According to the leaflet it is for 'terror'. I tried it last week, and I must admit it did the trick. If constant fear you can put a few drops in water and sip during the day. It is the same principal as Rescue Remedy

I like bach's. i actually thought it was like a quick fix? but apparently {in one of my natural healing books} you take the required remedy and use it every day and every night, and it will eventually draw out the problem! amazing!! not only are you getting a quick fix, but your also getting a harmless, therapy like medicine! that may even help cure/fix a problem. may it be anxiety,anger or confidance, or any other problem.

I have some in my cupboard but I tend to use Rescue Remedy more so the bottle is practically unused.

Yes Piglet I have read it. If you go on www.floweressencemagazine.com you will find a good piece about Rock Rose. It can also be used for massage as well, but it does say it is best to begin with with compresses or daily applications of cream made with the essence for a week building up to eventual massage. I found all this in the Vibration Magazine on the internet.
