hi guys just got back from gp,he is very pleased with the way things are going.he has also agreed for me to take 1x25 amitriptyline in morning and 1x10 for mid afternoon.the dry mouth that I am having is due to the medication and he said it will not get any better while I am taking them.he did say that he thought me taking them in the evening would mean I would get a better night sleep.I am taking them split throughout the day to see if the dry mouth will be better.I can always change it if I don't get enough rest.he also sent me to the nurse for a finger test of blood to rule out diabetics.that was clear so that's good.I also got a telephone number of the cognitive behavioural therapy clinic.so I will give them a ring tomorrow.so now I am very happy with the way the day went.sending loads of hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs to each and every one of you x
