Amanda, I take it, it helps with the heart, eases palpitations, works on blood pressure too, not sure its gonna help with anything else.

No it won't Amanda, it just slows your heart rate, which can be beneficial if a racing heart sets off a panic attack.

I just take it as and when, usually before an especially stressful meeting for example. Not sure it does much for my anxiety, but it certainly does slow my resting heart rate from about 80 to 60.
