    Rash

I've recently noticed some spots on my stomach, back, and tops of my legs. They are like the size of pin pricks and are light red. There's more of them across my stomach than anywhere else.

I've asked my parents what they think and they think it could be a nervous rash, I apparently got them when I was little, but I can't remember what they looked like.

I wondered if anyone else had ever had anything like this and if nerves can make this happen. I have been worrying alot lately so could that have brought it on?

    Thank you,

    Heather x

    Hi heths

Yeah it does sound like a nervous rash. When i was bad with my anxiety i got a really bad rash on my arms, chest and legs which i couldn't stop itching. It took a week for my rash to settle down so this might be the case with yours.

Ohhh I never knew there was such a thing. I have a huge fear of meningitis and sometimes I come up in red pin prick rashes all over me esp my legs & arms, I panic when I see them but soon realise they are nothing to worry about.

Thank you for your replies, the rash is fading. It didn't itch or hurt, it just worried me that it was there.

I worry about meningitis aswell. It does sound like a nervous rash.

    Thank you,
