Needing the toilet and nuasea

Hi there does anybody suffer the same physical effects as I do? I feel ok one minute then I begin to feel the need to go to the toilet and I feel weak and dizzy. Half of the time I cannot or do not need to go but other times I have to force myself to go which relieves the symptoms. Either that or it is very loose. I also feelt he urge to pass water at these times which does not bother me as I had \ prostate op a few years ago. Are these normal symptoms for someone with anxiety?

Its certainly one of my main symptoms.... and lots of people say the same. There's a couple of other similar postings at the moment. Its part of the fight or flight aspect of anxiety I think.

So yes, it is perfectly normal for someone with anxiety. There's a section on the forum about symptoms, and one on health too. They may have something useful. Also there's loads of information on the home page.
