Dry throat on one side....help :(

I havent posted in a long time but for a couple of weeks I have had a dry throat only on one side & it feels like something is stuck there aswell When I eat I feel like a little bit of food is sticking in that area, it is very uncomfortable feeling that makes me panic. My throat feels really dry almost parched. This is making me anxious because I also smoke and was wondering if it had anything to do with it? I'm 31 and keep thinking that I have throat cancer, has anyone else suffered from this? please please someone reply to me i'm feeling really anxious

hi, I have the same at the mo... a tight feeling on one side of my neck... sometimes it goes to my chest and makes me bring up stomach contents - horrible. Mine comes and goes as well. Its so horrible :-(
