    Its Now been a week

Without going into detail too much, I had a pretty harrowing week and last monday my panic was put to the test and pushed to limits i never thought it could cope with.

The following day, I took myself for a walk and then to the shops, it was really tough but i did it. So I have done it everyday since, just to the shops for milk or bread and walking up and down the street.

It is not much but its a great start and even on my crap days i am still doing it

Normally I would just do it one day and then not go out sometimes for weeks

its not much of a success but i am chuffed to bits with myself

    scknight

    Sue,

That's a big success in my book 'cos you have sustained the exposure.

Try and do this every day, making sure you have a *reason* to go to the shop. In other words, don't stock up so you can skip a day. Otherwise, make sure you need to buy at least one item or post a letter for example.

I'll catch up with you soon.

    Onwards and Upwards,

    Ray

    Sue,

I know just how incredible that is - the biggest well done mate

    Love Piglet xxxxxxx

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

You have done so well. I went through a bad patch the past few weeks and I felt ill and didnt go out for about 2 weeks. I had a huge ordeal getting back into the swing of it. I too am making myself nip to the shops for all manner of weird and wonderful things I am 'needing'. Even if I feel a bit jittery I sometimes go just to give myself a kickstart. Even just going for one item can give you a little boost when you need it!
