i have been reading topics on derealistion on this site does anyone have weird headaches with this and the feelings in the eyes as if you cant look up for the feelings of dizziness as life gets me down when i have these spells thanks daisychain

daisey im like that all the time hun i even go dizzy sitting watchin telly ur lying down its all anxiety im sitting here now ive got a pain in my chest im convinced im having a heart attack its a bloody awful feeling isnt it. if i had one wish it would be for all of us on this sight to wake up feeling great without any anxiety and we all meet up have a great party and live a happy and enjoyable life wouldnt that b great

I had this feeling recently when I had a panic attack, it was awful. All i could do was hold my head in my hands, everytime i looked up I felt istantly dizzy. Its a horrible horrible feeling. Tamla me too, Im with you on that one

I think the feelings your experiencing are very common with people suffering from panic and anxiety.
