    fuzzy feeling

    Hi all,

For the last few days, on and off, I've been feeling kind of fuzzy-headed, you know like you get if you have a head cold, full of cotton wool, slightly dizzy? Comes and goes. Could be linked to the virus I had last week, or is it an axiety-linked thing, or even just cos it's been so hot? Not had it before... Otherwise feel ok, but tired maybe (I seem to now always wake at about 0430 needing the bathroom- prob cos as hot am drinking more water!!).

Hope all of you are fine and dandy,

    Alex.

I've found that pre anxiety and panic I was always totally fine or ill. There was not much between.

Now I find that I am so much more aware of sensations that before I would have just ignored as even existing.

This fuzzy sort of thing is a prime example which I would have analysed and been concerned about wheras in reality -now I try to ask myself - does it matter, provided it doesn't get progessively worse ?
