hair loss, is it related to anxiety?

hi all,

i am getting very worried about noticeing strands of hair falling out when i style, wash, or rub my hair, i have always had a phobia about loseing my hair and this is starting to concern me very much, its not by the handful but it is some strands, can anyone please relate to this at all, and maybe help me relax a bit more or offer me advice.x

I notice i loose more hair from time to time. You loose about 100 hairs a day normally anyway, hair has a life cycle of between 3 - 7 years. I'm married to a hairstylist and hes says it perfectly normal.
