Charcoal biscuits from health food shops work wonders. Peppermint capsules also do the trick. Check with your pharmacist first. Ensure that you eat a balanced diet apart from drinking water plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and animal and vegetable protein sand some dairy products but not too much dairy!EJ

Hi, did any of these work for you? I am suffering so badly at the moment as I over indulged in chocolate and popcorn and my normal wind settlers aren't working :-(
