Hi thought I had better drop by and introduce myself. I'm a married mum with 4 children. I live in Australia, my interests include horse riding and the weather!

I have been suffering from panic attacks since I was 13. Its been very hard and I'm sick of feeling like this (I'm sure I'm not alone with that feeling)
I'm glad I have found this forum, and so far the forum has already reassured me that I'm NOT alone in this everyday fight I have with my symptoms and thoughts. So a HUGE THANKYOU to you all, just reading your posts has helped a lot
