Hi there,

My name is Rose, i am new to this site i have read a few stories and they have helped me. I need it. I started having panic attacks a few months back and can't seem to stop them. My most recent one was last night and i ended up leaving my husband to stay with my mum and dad. I need all the help i can get, they are getting me so down.
