Please help me

I hardly slept with worry last night because i have not yet come on my periiod and i cant remember the last day of my last one.I keep googling cancer and ive told myself that that is what it is and i cant stop feeling scared. I havent had sex since last august so i know im not pregnant. Could i have cancer or can worry stop my period?

Pls someone talk to me

Katie,
Worrying can stop your periods. Go to doc if you are anxious about it. I am certain it is not cancer and try not to google. Nearly everything on there points to cancer and causes unecessary worry. I do it myself at times, then wish I hadnt.

STOP GOOGLING! You know how bad it is to google things as it just comes up with the worst possible outcome, however unlikely.
Sometimes people miss periods due to anaemia or something minor too.
If you can't remember the day of your last one, it might not be due yet
