Can't stop panicking today

Hi I just really need to get this off my chest! I just can't seem to stop panicking today. I feel so stressed out for no reason whatsoever, I woke up 5 times in the night feeling tense feeling like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I just feel like I can't breathe and I just want to hide but I have no reason to feel like this today because I don't have to go anywhere and I was just planning to have a lazy day in. I keep feeling like I am going to throw up and my arms and legs go to jelly.

Sorry for ranting but I really needed to tell people who understand!

I am feeling stressed out tonight but little me you are right tomorrow is another day and hopefully a better one for both of us. It is awful when you wake up feeling so bad...hugs for everyone
