I hate panic

I wish I could over come this. I hate living in fear everyday. I hate turning to alcohol for comfort. I want to be normal. I am jealous of people who can live happy. Please help me. .

Big deep breaths, and remember the panic is causing these feelings.

On turning to alcohol for comfort it simply doesn't work, I should know, because it's what I do a lot, even though I know ultimately it makes me feel worse.

I'm working on my breathing.....logically I know there is nothing wrong with me but my thoughts tell me different.

just sitting here thnking that I hate panic attacks too, living nightmare, but then I stopped and thought to myself there are worse things out there and although it doesn't seem like it just now we can recover, mines had went away for 2years and returned again, so back to square one again I go, this time not as bad cause I am more equipped to deal with them, got a shopping trip this afternoon, will see how that goes.
