    Introduction

    Hello, I'm Silver Picnic. I'm 20 years old.

    I've had problems with anxiety for quite a while now. Usually it doesn't interfere with my day-to-day life but recently problems in my life have made it more difficult to keep on the level, and I feel very depressed with it.
    I don't have many friends since I finished with college, and so my support network isn't particularly large.

    Hoping to meet some good like-minded people to talk with.

    You have a friend now Talk about it and it might help you feel better. There is lots of good info here and many supportive people.... and many good tools available to you.
