Left eyebrow looks swollen and bruising under eyes

So as you may know I've been complaining of my frontal headaches this week, they've been on and off, and accompanied with pain in my face mainly the top of it, and sore neck.
Anyway I've woke up and what looks like swelling above my left eyebrow, it's not huge but I noticed it, it's a little red aswell, both my eyes look slightly bruised also...I'm panicking big time, I,trying not too as there's no lumps etc where the swelling is and it's not sore to touch but I'm wondering what it is.

DId you ever get answers on this or did it go away on its own ? I am having a similar experience at the moment.

Nope I think it was hayfever/sinus related though x
