Am new to severe anxiety, so thought I would just say Hi!

I am a normally low level anxious person, but things have got on top of me a bit. I found this place and think it can help keep me calmer.

I am also starting CBT and (Hopefully) some decent meds soon.

It is perversely nice to see that other people suffer like me, and that there is some hope. I need to keep reading about the hope
