muscle spasms/twitching.......anyone???

HI again

I've posted on this before and I suppose I just want to know if anyone else gets these regularly. They come and go an different areas....my arms at work....legs at night in bed.....they're just little twitches and spasms that last a few seconds then come and go a few times. Of course I'm worrying about things like MS and stuff. Pleeeeeeaaase share any similar experiences as I'm starting to fall off the wagon.

I have noticed a lot of twitching over the last few months. The muscles that contol the first fingers on each hand seems to twich of their own accord and I often notice twitching muscles in my forearms and thighs.

I am sure it happens all day, but I certainly notice it more at night.

Hi,

I had them in my legs and I raced of to the doctors thinking it was MS.
Suprise Suprise, it was just anxiety and nothing serious.

I still get them from time to time.
