So I am getting myself into a state today.
Had such a bad nights sleep. Been at work since 7am.
Since about 9.30 I have had sharp/burning pains in my chest. They come and go but I am worried its sonething serious.
What do you think it could be?
Should I head to a&e after work?

Is it acid hun? Do u get heartburn at all?

Where about in chest? Does moving or stretching make them go? Can you massage it away?
I am becoming an expert on chest pain sadly. I am totally obsesses with my heart and checking my pulse.
Go to a&e if you are overly worried or they get worse, but chances are there is a simple explanation. For example muscle spasm, heartburn or nerve pain. Let us know how you get on.
