sertraline 100mg starting strength.

From no medication to 100mg, is this normal? Like many people, I would rather not take medication and my anxiety got worse when the lady at the chemist said it was a high starting does. Any thoughts?

My biggest problem today, what time should I take that pill and how long will I stare at it before I take it.
