    Re: My Scary Sectioning Experience

    Hi Steven,

Well done for getting out and about carrying on as normal but anxiety fuelled!
    Great achievement.
You will be tired, anxiety drains us so slowly does it. Brilliant your dad's helping you get your flat ready, he must be active.
Tv yer you need a good quality one good pic etc , we have Sony and it's great!
It will be great when you move in your own little pad, to do as you want when you want.

When your in the flat and settled you'll start to have less anxiety and times of relaxing.
When your settled send us some pics

    Take care as always xx

    OMG. You are doing brilliantly.
You will be tired, as you say, from prolonged bed rest,
But also constant anxiety saps our energy too.
Any 'normal' person would be tired if they did all the running about you have been doing!
That was fantastic, doing the one hour drive for your tv.... And what a bargain
You are astounding! Remember you may have a few dips, through tiredness etc, but in general you ARE on an upward trend. well done!!

Just thought I'd add some quick snaps that I took last night whilst walking on the beach.
