Just wanted to say sorry I havent been around for ages. Things have been going much better for a while and I think being away for a while helped me kinda try forget about it all. Had a few ups and downs but now, compared to this time last October when I couldnt even get outt he front door is a million times better.

Thankyou to everyone on here who helped me and encouraged me. Still have days when things are bad but this site is fantastic and really has helped me.
